The year is 990.
The world is not safe for young people who possess magical powers, for Muggles are hunting down and killing witches and wizards out of fear, jealousy and anger. Four powerful Magi are seeking to save the young and helpless from their persecution and plight, and dream of setting up a school to help educate and protect.
